Q: Why are my Win and Alt keys swapped, and F1–F12 not responding or acting as function keys? A: By default, the keyboard is in Windows mode. If the Win and Alt keys are swapped, hold Fn ← for 2 seconds to switch to Mac mode. In Windows, this will cause Win and Alt to swap, and Fn F1–F12 will act as function keys. Hold Fn ← for 2 seconds again to return to Windows mode. Maintenance Important: The keyboard operating voltage is DC 5V. Do not use a power adapter higher than 5V, otherwise components may be damaged and the keyboard may not function properly. Mechanical keyboards are not waterproof or dustproof.
