Fashioned from rich 22 carat gold and hallmarked in Birmingham way back in 1931 this fascinating Wedding Ring will fit nicely on a small finger size K. Dimensions : 3mm width ; 4.6gms 22ct yellow gold is often thought of as ‘pure gold’ – it is extremely rare to get jewellery any purer than this as it would not really be practical for regular wear. Sometimes marked ‘916’ indicating 91.6% pure gold content, 22ct gold has only a small proportion of other metals, meaning the ring is slightly softer than other carats, but much richer in colour.
